Clay is an awesome realtor to work with. He represented me and my dad as a listing agent and sold our house at FULL listing price in less than 12 days on the market. Clay is very knowledgeable about the market and the process. At first, we were a bit nervous because we live in Houston, TX, while the property is in Omaha, NE. However, Clay was able to quickly put us a ease. He did that by keeping his communication open and transparent with us. He called us at least once per day to give us an update on the showing traffic, potential offers, etc. Clay also went above and beyond to help us coordinate contractors for repairs, lawn mowing, worked with title company on remote closing, etc. There are many parties (e.g. buyer agent, inspector, lender, title company, appraiser, contractors, etc.) involved in a real estate transaction and Clay made the process appear to be so seamless, even thought I know he did a ton of work behind the scene.
